(1) Main application:

It is mainly used for vacuuming, nitrogen filling and stopper after filling nutrient infusion such as amino acid and fat milk, which require higher oxygen residue (less than 1%).

(2) Working principle:

After filling, the infusion bottle enters into the vacuuming and nitrogen filling plug plug station through the bottle feeding wheel in a fixed distance manner through the bottle feeding track and the bottle feeding coil. First, the entire outer wall of the infusion bottle is sealed by lowering the pressure head, then the infusion bottle is vacuumed, and nitrogen is filled after reaching the predetermined vacuum. The mode is constantly switched through the control solenoid valve: Conversion between vacuum and nitrogen filling, repeated conversion three times, until pure nitrogen fills the space in the infusion bottle, so that the residual oxygen is controlled within 1.0%. Finally, after a slight pumping, plug the infusion bottle immediately, and then destroy the vacuum. The infusion bottle completed by the plug enters the following process through the dispensing wheel and the feeding bottle track.

(3) Performance characteristics:
