High Productivity Drug Powder Automatic Pharmaceutical Wet Granulator Machine

GTI-SG Series high speed wet mixer granulator machine is a common granulation process used in pharmaceutical, food and feed industries. This machine integrates mixing and granulation in one. Its biggest advantage is that the granulation speed is fast and the effect is good. It is widely used in pharmaceutical tablets. Agent production, food, chemical industry and granulation industry of agricultural and sideline pellets.

Working principle:

1.  Add the raw materials to the cylinder at one time, dry mix with a paddle, and then inject the binder to wet mix. According to the different characteristics of the material and the adhesive, the speed of the stirring paddle is changed to make the material move to generate a vortex; the speed of the cutting knife is changed, and the soft material made by mixing can be chopped into particles of the required size.
2. The rotation speed of the stirring paddle and the granulating knife can make the material move in three dimensions, and the particles can collide, friction, and shear, making the friction uniform and fine.
3. Finally, stable spherical particles are formed. The mixing time, the speed of the stirring paddle and the granulating knife, the granulation quality and uniformity after drying fully meet the requirements of the solid preparation production process.
