GTI-LM series large steam air mixture sterilizers are suitable for products that require rapid heating for sterilization, drying and cooling after sterilization. The system consists of forced convection fan and air deflectors. Under the strong driving of the fan and the guidance of air deflectors, the high temperature mixed sterilization medium (pure steam and clean air) in the sterilization chamber forms vortex airflow which flows evenly through the products for heating and sterilization.
The temperature distribution during sterilization is within the allowable standard range. Cooling water flows into the condensing coil group to condense chamber steam and lower hot air temperature so that products are cooled by cooling air. Plant steam flows into the coil and keep chamber in a certain drying temperature (adjustable) in order to evaporate water vapor on product surface and realize drying.
A certain amount of clean compressed air is introduced into the chamber to keep product pressure balance and prevent product damage cause by high pressure inside.
