When installing the piston ring, pay attention to: 1) The piston ring shall be installed into the cylinder liner, and there shall be certain opening clearance at the interface. 2) The piston ring shall be installed on the piston, and there shall be certain side clearance in the ring groove along the height direction. 3) The chrome plated ring shall be installed in the first pass, and the opening shall not face the vortex pit on the top of the piston. 4) The openings of each piston ring shall not face the piston pin hole when they are staggered by 120 ℃. 5) The conical section piston ring shall be installed with the conical surface upward. 6) Generally, when installing the torsion ring, the chamfer or groove shall be upward; When installing the conical anti twist ring, keep the conical surface upward. 7) When installing the combined ring, install the axial lining ring first, then the flat ring and the wave ring. A flat ring shall be installed on the top and bottom of the corrugated ring, and the openings of each ring shall be staggered. |
