I. Middle Gate
This is the most common way to open the door. The two doors slide to the left and right sides to open, and close the two doors in the middle. It is usually used for various passenger elevators and some freight elevators. The advantage is that the door opening width is large, which can adapt to most elevator use scenarios, the structure is relatively simple, and the operation is stable.

Ⅱ.The door slides open to one side, similar to a sliding door. Commonly used in space is limited or the direction of the door has special requirements, such as the width of the hoistway is narrow. Side door opening can flexibly adjust the opening direction according to the actual space, but the manufacturing and installation requirements may be higher than that of the middle door.
Ⅲ.The middle double folding door
It consists of four doors, two on each side. When opening the door, first slide a distance to both sides, and then the two doors on each side are folded and opened to the middle. This door opening method is suitable for the case where the door opening width is required to be large, but the hoistway space is limited. For example, some large shopping malls, hospitals and other places of the elevator may be divided into double folding door, in order to facilitate the transport of goods or bed in and out.
IV. Vertical Sliding Door
The door slides up and down in a vertical direction to open. It is used in some special types of elevators, such as mine elevators. Vertical sliding doors use space in a different way than horizontal sliding doors, requiring specific installation conditions and structural design.
