HDD openers range from 12 to 66 and are available in MT and TCI tools for formations with a wide range of compressive strengths.

1. The drill bit bearing is non-sealed roller bearing.
2. Suitable for medium hard formation with high compressive strength (hard shale, sand, etc.)
3. The shirt tail is surface hardened, and the carbide blade is used to protect the gauge from being pressed into the outer diameter of the head.
4. The cone surface is reinforced by cemented carbide pressing block.
