| Seamless aluminum tube is a high-strength hard aluminum, heat treatment can be strengthened, in annealing, just quenching and thermal state plasticity is medium, spot welding weldability is excellent, with gas welding and argon arc welding aluminum tube has the tendency to constitute intergranular cracks; aluminum tube in quenching and cold hardening after cutting function is still good. In the annealed state is not good. Corrosion resistance is not high, often choose anodic oxidation treatment and paint method or the appearance of aluminum cladding layer to advance corrosion resistance. Can also be used as mold material. Aluminum tube advantage: one is the welding skills advantage: suitable for industrial production of thin-walled copper and aluminum tube welding skills. |   |
