The power for each main burner is 10000BTU.The Side burner is 12000 BTU ,baking area,burners and the lid handle is Stainless steel.stainless steel burners and rotisserie kit provide evenly distributed heat, minimizing hot and cold spots. A heavy duty temperature gauge measures internal cooking temperatures, so your entrée is grilled to perfection. With a stainless steel grease tray and front pull-out easy-to-clean drip tray, cleaning up after a meal is a snap.
