The SM3041-005D-C-3S is a fully digital, medium-pressure MEMS differential pressure sensor from Silicon Microstructures (SMI, now part of TE Connectivity). This sensor integrates a pressure sensing element and a signal conditioning ASIC chip, providing temperature compensation and pressure calibration through factory calibration. It directly outputs a conditioned digital signal, eliminating the need for users to design complex compensation circuits or calibration algorithms, greatly simplifying the application integration process. Utilizing AccuStable technology, it offers high stability and accuracy, and is manufactured to ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949 standards, making it suitable for pressure monitoring in various demanding environments.
