TVOC sensor (hereinafter referred to as sensor) is a sensor based on MEMS principle, used to monitor the concentration of VOC gas in a small range. The sensor has a built-in high-performance semiconductor silicon-based resistive sensor chip, and uses dedicated digital module acquisition technology and gas induction sensing technology to ensure that the product has extremely high reliability and excellent long-term stability, with low power consumption, high sensitivity, low cost, and simple driving circuit. The sensor has been fully calibrated and tested before leaving the factory to meet customers' large-scale applications.
