MP-3B semiconductor gas sensitive element for alcohol detection adopts advanced plane production technology. The heater and metal oxide semiconductor gas sensitive material are formed on micro Al2O3 ceramic substrate, which are led out by electrode and packaged in metal tube base and tube cap. When there is a detected gas, the higher the concentration of the gas in the air, the higher the conductivity of the sensor. This change in conductivity can be converted into an output signal corresponding to the gas concentration using a simple circuit.
