AGS2620C00 MEMS Semiconductor TVOC Gas Sensor High Sensitivity

 

Semiconductor-based TVOC gas sensors are often used as domestic alternatives to the Figaro TGS2620, featuring low power consumption, high sensitivity, and low cost, and are used for VOC and organic solvent detection.

MEMS Process: Silicon-based micro-hot plate + metal oxide gas-sensitive material, resulting in fast response and good stability.

High Sensitivity: High sensitivity to VOCs such as ethanol, suitable for low-concentration detection.

Low Power Consumption Design: The heater consumes only 42 mA, suitable for battery-powered devices.

Simple Driving: Requires only 5V heating + 5V circuit power; an external resistor is sufficient to output a signal.
