XPG Series Automatic Rubber Batch Off Cooling Machine - 600-900mm Width, 2-12mm Thickness Range for Industrial Rubber Processing
This industrial cooling system is designed for cooling rubber compound sheets after mixing processes. It serves as a downstream auxiliary to mixers and dispersion mixers, performing continuous operations including rubber slab conveying, air cooling, drying, cutting, and wig-wag stacking.
The Rubber Sheet Batch Off Cooling Machine cools rubber compound sheets from rubber mixing mill machines. It processes rubber strips from open mills or twin screw extruders, making production of tires, cables, rubber hoses, and other rubber products more efficient by properly cooling and drying rubber sheets for storage.

After kneading and mixing, the hot rubber strip/sheet undergoes the following automated cooling process:
- Hot rubber strip/sheet enters the machine and receives release agent coating
- Rubber strips are hung on festoons for cooling and drying by fans
- Cooled rubber strips are systematically stacked on pallets
- Available in three structural types: Mesh-belt, overhead, or floor-standing configurations
- Customizable high or low disposition based on practical requirements
- Hydraulic auto wig wag section for tidy rubber strip arrangement (≤100mm ratio)
- Three to five working positions for automatic material tray input/output
- Integrated auto rubber collecting and cutter devices
- High automation level enabling unattended operation
