Technical Features
Screw Construction: Made from 38CrMoAIA materials with nitride depth 0.5-0.7mm and hardness HV950-1000.
Feeding Cylinder: Composed of rear body, front bushing and rear bushing in jacketed cast iron structure.
Rear Body: Utilizes cast steel with temperature control circulating water cavity for cooling, housing bushing and feeding devices.
Bushings: Made from 38CrMoAIA materials with internal surface hardness HRC65-70 and hard layer thickness of 0.5-0.7mm.
Feeding System: Comprises feeding roller, roller cover, bearing support, gear pair, bearing, and squeegee knife with grease lubrication.
Roller Cylinder: 38CrMoAIA materials with nitriding treatment, internal surface hardness HRC65-70, hard layer depth 0.5-0.7mm, and axial path for temperature control circulating water.
Reducer System: Features hardened gears with level 6 transmission accuracy and gear pump with forced lubrication system for spraying and oil cooling.
