Technical Components
Screw Construction
Manufactured from 38CrMoAlA high-quality nitrided steel with surface hardness HRC60-65 and hard layer depth 0.5-0.7mm. Features compound structure with four-end screw edge, double-end groove, and variable pitch for superior feeding capacity, plasticization, and stable extrusion pressure.
Barrel Bushing System
Each section barrel contains replaceable bushings made of 38CrMoAlA steel with inner surface hardness HRC65-70. Each bushing includes annular grooves for precise heating and cooling control.
Gearbox Design
Two-stage hard-tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer with level 6 transmission accuracy. Constructed from high-strength, low-carbon alloy steels with carburized, quenched, and ground tooth surfaces for maximum durability.
Temperature Control System
Five-unit temperature controller with ±2℃ accuracy, each unit independently controlling different barrel sections and screw temperature. Features electric heating (9kW per unit) and Danish Grundfos circulating pumps for reliable performance.
Operational Process
During operation, rubber material undergoes stirring, mixing, and plasticization through the screw extruder mechanism, then moves toward the machine head where the final product is extruded from the die head with consistent quality and precision.
