The X(S)N 55 x 30 rubber kneader is a high-efficiency internal mixer designed for rubber plasticization and compounding processes. With a 55L working capacity and advanced environmental features, this machine delivers superior mixing performance for industrial rubber manufacturing.
During operation, dual rotors with differential speeds capture material from the feed port and transport it through the roll gap. The material undergoes continuous shearing, extrusion, and friction as it circulates around the rotors, resulting in rapid temperature increase, viscosity reduction, and thorough dispersion of compounding agents throughout the rubber matrix.
