XK-560 Two Roll Rubber Mixing Mill with Automatic Stock Blender
Applications
This industrial rubber mixing mill is designed for processing rubbers and rubber products. It efficiently handles raw rubber, thermoplastic materials, and ethylene-vinyl acetate with chemical additives for heating, pressing, breaking, plasticizing, and mixing operations. The processed material can be transferred to downstream equipment including rubber calenders, batch off coolers, rubber extruders, and vulcanizing presses.

- Chilled cast iron rollers with 68-72HSD hardness for exceptional wear resistance and hollow structure design
- Hardened gear reducer with carburizing and quenching treatment for enhanced accuracy and reduced noise
- Friction gears positioned between rollers and reducer to prevent water contamination in lubrication systems
- Safety protection system with breakable safety pads that protect main components during overload conditions
- Magnetic plug brake system that prevents rollers from rotating more than 1/5 circumference
- Comprehensive emergency stop system with 4 emergency buttons and kick-style stop switch
- Advanced roller cooling with internal spray cooling and external rotary joint connections
- Integrated electrical control system with motor, brake solenoid, limit switches, and pre-wired connections
