XK-560 Automatic Stock Blender Rubber Mixing Mill
Application
This automatic stock blender rubber mixing mill is designed for mixing and kneading raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics, and E.V.A. with chemicals into final materials. The processed materials can be transported to rubber calenders, batch off coolers, rubber extruders, rubber vulcanizing presses, or other processing equipment for heating, pressing, breaking, plasticizing, and mixing rubber or plastic products.

- Roll Construction: Drilled, bored, grooved, or corrugated rolls made from vanadium titanium metal alloy chilled cast iron with hard, wear-proof surfaces
- Safety Systems: Overload protection device and emergency brake system with 1/6 rotation braking length
- Transmission: Hardened tooth-surface reducer for compact structure, high efficiency, low noise, and long service life
- Roll Surface: 68-72HS hardness with mirror finish and hollow design for temperature control
- Lubrication: Automatic circulated lubrication system for anti-friction roller bearings
- Base Frame: Heavy-duty steel channel and MS plate fabrication with accurate machining
- Stock Blender: Direct rubber sheet processing with cutting knife assembly
