Introduction:
Welding rotator is widely used in the assembly, grinding and welding of pipes, boilers and tanks. Welding rotator can be matched with welding manipulator and welding power to form an automatic welding center. Reduce the welding labor of workers, improve production efficiency and welding quality.
The Conventional Bolt Welding Rotator is driven by two sets of AC variable-frequency synchronously, which can provide a large driving torque and ensure the smooth rotation of the tanks. Compared with ordinary motors, variable frequency motor has lower noise and smaller electromagnetic vibration.
The high-standard electrical control box has neat wiring and clear grounding signs.The operation panel has the functions of forward,reverse and stop. The speed is adjusted by the rotary button and displayed on the display screen.
