Product Description:
Conventional Bolt welding rotator consists of power rotator,passive rotator and electrical control. The wheels can be adjusted on the base frame to accommodate different vessel diameters and wheels distance can be adjusted by screw. If you have any other special requirements, the power welding rotator and the passive welding rotator can be moved on the track, and the distance between them can be adjusted to weld cylinders of different lengths.
The high-standard electrical control box has neat wiring and clear grounding signs.The operation panel has the functions of forward,reverse and stop. The speed is adjusted by the rotary button and displayed on the display screen.

Roller Material Suggestion:
Load ≤ 100—— Use Rubber Wheels and PU Wheels
100 < Load ≤ 500—— Use PU Wheels or Steel Wheels
Load ≥ 500—— Use 45# Steel wheel whose surface has undergone special heat treatment
Compared with ordinary rubber wheels, PU rollers have better bearing effect, wear resistance, acid resistance and high temperature resistance.
