Usage

• This equipment is a kind of auxiliary flipping rack for H-beam welding area,

• 3 sets work together, for supporting work-piece and making it at flat position of filleting welding in H-beam welding area.

• Upon finish of welding, work-piece can be flipped to “H”-shape, for easy transportation of H-beam.

• It has merits of high efficiency,accurate and reliable.

Applications:

It can be used for h beam overturning and transportation. Each cantilever SAW machine equips one set of hydraulic 60 degree overturning rack for overturning work-piece to 45 degree and then fillet welding.

Performance and characteristic:

• The equipment is mainly composed of frame,L rack,synchronous couplet pole and hydraulic oil cylinder and so on.
• There are 6 L racks in each group, and driven and overturned with 3 oil cylinders and synchronous couplet pole.
• Overturning angle can be set or adjusted at will via limit-switch, and displayed by means of graduated scale.
