Usage
- The equipment is hydraulic driven, serving as supporting H-beam into moving.
- 2 sets of eachgroup are used in pair, for 180°overturning of H-beam. Also it can be used for straighteningmachine, for 180° flipping after straightening of one flange and then straighten another flange.
- Driven with 2 hydraulic oil cylinders, 2 rockshafts revolve simultaneously, overturning and carrying H-beam onto conveyor for next working sequence.
- The overturning rack is equipped with reducer and traveling wheel, making rack has moving function.

Applications:
YF2020 Movable overturning rack is a kind of special equipment for 90°or 180°flipping of
work-piece as well as transportation. It is designed based on steel structure technology, and is
applicable for working positions as welding flipping ,straightening flipping ,crack-testing and manual welding.
