PP / PE Recycling Pelletizer
The production line adopts the advanced technology, mainly used for washed, crushed PE, PP film pelletizing.
1. The production line can feed the washed and crushed PE, PP film into single screw extruder then pelletize directly. Does not destroy the structure and physical properties of the raw material molecules, and more energy efficient than traditional aggregation feeding.
2. Single screw extruder unit selects large aspect ratio of the screw, with a special exhaust device, can effectively remove the moisture, with high productivity.
3. Production line with water ring pelletizing, particle uniformity, beautiful appearance.
