Omecfire got the UL approval certificate for aluminum cylinder CO2 extinguishers of 5LB,10LB,15LB and 20LB. As the UL certificate applicant and owner,Omecfire is committed to produce and supply high quality and high effciency fire extinguishers to meet the increasing demand of quality stressed markets.

The 15 LB UL CO2 fire extinguisher is filled with carbon dioxide, UL fire rating class as 10-B:C, used for flammable liquid and electrical fire. Ideal for indoor applications for no residue left after using. Usually North American like U.S.A. and Canada need UL approved extinguishers and some of the Middle East countries or Asian conuntries also need UL approval extinguishers.

The CO2 fire extinguishers have advantages of good fluidity, high spray rate, no corrosion of containers and not easy to deteriorate,so they are mainly used to rescue valuable equipment, archives, instruments and meters, electrical equipment below 600 volts and oil of the initial fire.

To ensure the quality,Omecfire always have initial inspection,routing inspection and final inspection during the production process.And before shipment,the inspectors will make final inspection regarding the product appearance,packing,quantities and so on.All fire extinguishers will be 100% tested for hydrostatic test and pressure leakage test before sending out from factory. Once Omecfire get the UL approval for CO2 fire extinguishers,then UL will also send their inspector to our plant for quality inspection before each shipment.

Packing & Payment & Delivery

About the packing,usually 1 pcs of 15LB CO2 fire extinguisher is packed by one neutral carton.As the CO2 fire extinguisher is much heavier than dry powder fire extinguisher,so if the quantities are big,then we suggest to pack by pallets outside also.

Our MOQ for one order is 20GP container,so customer could purchase only CO2 fire extinguishers with 20GP container of one item or four items mixed,and could also mix with dry powder fire extinguishers.Both are acceptable.

Our payment term is 30% advance payment paid after order confirmed before production and 70% balance payment paid against BL copy.

The delivery time is usually around 45 days after advance payment received.But it depends on the actual quantities you order and we will check by then.The trade term we usually do is EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF,which means we could quote you prices of any of them as you wish.
