Product Description

SPCC Cold rolled coils are often used in the steel industry and are different from hot rolled coils. It refers to a steel strip that is directly rolled into a certain thickness with a roll at room temperature and rolled into a whole roll with a winder. Compared with hot-rolled coils, cold-rolled coils have a brighter surface and higher finish, but generate more internal stress, and are often annealed after cold-rolling.

The width of CRC Cold rolled coil is generally 600mm to 1500mm. We can customize the width, length and coil weight according to customer requirements.

Product Specification

Since there is no heating in the production process of cold-rolled coil, there are no defects such as pitting and iron oxide scale that often occur in hot-rolling, and the surface quality is good and the finish is high. Moreover, the dimensional accuracy of cold-rolled products is high, and the performance and structure of the products can meet some special requirements, such as electromagnetic properties, deep drawing properties, etc.
