S235JR, S235JRG1, S235JRG2 are European standard non-alloy structural steel

1. S235JR: European standard non-alloy structural steel, equivalent to GB Q235B. S235JR: Slight and local defects such as pits, concave surfaces, scratches, etc., whose depth (or height) does not exceed half of the thickness tolerance of the steel plate, are allowed on the surface, but the minimum allowable thickness of the steel plate and the steel strip shall be guaranteed.

2. S235JRG1: indicates that the yield point of the steel bar is 235N/MM2, and A indicates the temperature of the weather resistance. S235JRG1: Tensile strength (σb/MPa): 375-500. The quenching temperature is 950 ℃, the salt bath furnace is heated, and the 10% NaCl brine is cooled and quenched.

3. S235JRG2: ordinary carbon steel. The carbon content is 0.06-0.22%, with less than 0.25% being the most commonly used. S235JRG2: It belongs to low carbon steel, and each metal grade indicates the lowest yield point of the steel when the thickness is less than 16mm.

Standard Packaging: Each coil will be bundled with steel tape. Or customized waterproof packaging according to customer requirements. A 20ft container holds up to 8 coils.
