Scope of application:

If the material stays in this temperature range for a long time, it is easy to have 475 ℃ brittleness, that is, the hardness increases, the elongation decreases significantly, or even zero, and the corrosion resistance of the material also decreases. Experiments show that after heating 27cr steel at 475 ℃ for 100 hours, the tensile strength of the material at room temperature increases by 50%, the yield strength increases by L50%, and the elongation is zero. In addition, the weldability of this steel is poor (the grain in the heat affected zone of the weld is coarse and brittle)
