Test Procedure And Result Interpretation

For Strip Format:

1) remove the strip from the poly pouch and pay it on a flat surface.

2) For whole blood specimen :Allow 2 hanging drops of finger stick whole blood specimen to fall into the center of the sample pad on the strip, then add 1 drop of buffer and start the timer.

For serum or plasma specimens: Using the provided disposable pipette, transfer 3 drops of specimen (approximately 75 μ L) to the sample pad of the strip and start the timer.

3) Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20minutes.

For Cassette Format:

1) Remove the test from its sealed pouch, and place it on a clean, level surface. Label the device with patient or control
identification.

2) For whole blood specimen: Using the provided disposable pipette, Allow 2 hanging drops of finger stick whole blood specimen to fall into the center of the specimen well (S) on the device, then add 1 drop of buffer and start the timer.
For serum /plasma specimen: transfer 3 drops of serum/plasma specimen (approximately75 μL) to the specimen well (S) of the device and start the timer.

3) Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
