Rapid Adeno/Rota Combo Test is an in vitro qualitative immunochromatographic assay for the rapid detection of adenovirus rotavirus antigens in human stool specimen. The test results are intended to aid in the diagnosis of rotavirus infection and to monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic treatment.

For Cassette Format:

1) Remove the test from its sealed pouch, and place it on a clean, level surface. Label the device with patient or control
identification.

2) For whole blood specimen: Using the provided disposable pipette, Allow 2 hanging drops of finger stick whole blood specimen to fall into the center of the specimen well (S) on the device, then add 1 drop of buffer and start the timer.

For serum /plasma specimen: transfer 3 drops of serum/plasma specimen (approximately75 μL) to the specimen well (S) of the device and start the timer.

3) Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
