654SMO (S32654, 1.4652) super austenitic stainless steel contains 23% nickel, 25% chromium and 7% molybdenum, offering significantly better corrosion resistance than standard austenitic steels. This advanced material serves as a cost-effective alternative to nickel-based alloys and titanium alloys.

The high molybdenum content presents manufacturing challenges during seamless pipe perforation. Our specialized center perforation process followed by cold rolling or cold drawing ensures high success rates and dimensional accuracy despite the material's hardness and stickiness.
