Cold Rolled SUS443 Stainless Steel Sheet with Polished Surface and Corrosion Resistance
443 Stainless Steel is a ferritic alloy composed primarily of Chromium and Titanium, with extremely low Carbon content. This unique composition provides exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly against moisture and salt environments.
While 443 stainless steel offers strong corrosion resistance comparable to 304 grade, it can rust under certain conditions. However, its high Chromium content makes it significantly more resistant than many other ferritic alloys.
The high Chromium levels in 443 stainless steel provide corrosion resistance comparable to 304 stainless steel, while offering lower thermal expansion for reduced stress and warping. Despite being magnetic due to its ferritic structure, 443 maintains excellent quality and performance characteristics.
