Material Description
Alloy 304L is a T-300 series austenitic stainless steel containing a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel.
With a maximum carbon content of 0.030%, it represents the standard "18/8 stainless" commonly used in cookware
and kitchen tools. This versatile alloy offers excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding formability, and
high ease of fabrication, making it ideal for diverse home and commercial applications. Austenitic stainless
steels are recognized as the most weldable high-alloy steels, compatible with all fusion and resistance welding processes.
