Types of Stainless Steel Embossed Plates
Classification by Production Process
- Mold Stamping: Plate processing with local force application. This method stamps patterns individually on the plate, creating stronger depth and three-dimensional effects compared to roll embossing.
- Roll Embossing: Roll processing with average force distribution. This continuous process uses unwinding machines, embossing rollers, and winding machines, resulting in better plate flatness than stamped plates.
Classification by Appearance
- Single-sided Embossing: Created through roller pressing equipment with single cylindrical pattern molds, producing concave-convex patterns on the front side while keeping the back side flat. Features include scratch resistance, impact resistance, dirt resistance, easy cleaning, and anti-sticking properties. Production thickness: 0.8-2.0mm, width below 1.22m, customizable length (within 6m).
- Double-sided Embossing: Produced using roller pressing equipment with two cylindrical pattern molds, creating concave-convex patterns on both front and back sides. Offers scratch resistance, impact resistance, dirt resistance, easy cleaning, and anti-sticking characteristics. Production thickness: 0.8-2.0mm, width below 1.22m, customizable length (within 6m).
- Water Ripple Surface: Creates shimmering effects under light refraction through stamping patterns on stainless steel plates. Production thickness: 0.8-5.0mm, width below 1.5m, customizable length (within 6m).
