AISI 431 EN 1.4057 Stainless Steel Round Bars Flat Bars ( Plates )
431 Stainless Steel has been designed to improved corrosion resistance and toughness properties
than other 400 stainless grades especially in a quench-hardenable stainless.
431 would work well in marine environments as well as in aerospace applications such as aircraft
fasteners and fittings.
431 has great impact strength at a high hardness level.
Applications: Bolt and shaft applications, laboratory equipment, marine systems, beater bars, pump
and propellor shafts, nuts and bolts, valve components.
