Epoxy hardener HW-540 is a low viscosity, solvent-free phenalkamine Epoxy curing agent. Exhibits excellent fast cure properties even at low temperatures and offers very good chemical resistance, high Tg and provides good adhesion on wet or otherwise unprepared surfaces. HW-540 is recommended for 2K epoxy adhesives in industrial and constructions.

Epoxy hardener HW-540 is suitable for such fields as marine coatings, industrial maintenance coatings, protective and floor coatings with high-solid or solvent-free, low surface treatment requirement.With good chemical resistance and excellent accessibility to drinking water, it is especially suitable for concrete or metal can lining and pipeline coatings. It can be even used on wet and poorly treated substrate surfaces in cold and wet conditions. Featuring fast curing and high hardness, it is quite suitable for the fields with short construction period. Its wide curing temperature range and loose blending ratio with resin expands the application range for coatings.

Stored in a cool and dry place with ventilation and can be sealed for 12 months.
