Reddish Brown Epoxy Primer Curing Agent Liquid Solvent-Free Cardanol Modified HW-541M
Reddish brown liquid solvent-free cardanol modified epoxy hardener HW-541M with good chemical resistance
Epoxy hardener HW-541M is a solvent-free cardanol modified PAA curing agent mainly used in epoxy coating systems. The product features low viscosity, rapid curing, low surface treatment requirement, high glass transition temperature, good bonding strength, excellent chemical resistance, and excellent adhesion even on wet or untreated substrate surface. Due to the excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance, it is very suitable for heavy-duty coatings, marine coatings and other fields.

2. Application
Epoxy hardener HW-541M is suitable for such fields as marine coatings, industrial maintenance coatings, protective and floor coatings with high-solid or solvent-free, low surface treatment requirement. With good chemical resistance and excellent accessibility to drinking water, it is especially suitable for concrete or metal can lining and pipeline coatings. It can be even used on wet and poorly treated substrate surfaces in cold and wet conditions. Featuring fast curing and high hardness, it is quite suitable for the fields with short construction period. Its wide curing temperature range and loose blending ratio with resin expands the application range for coatings.
3. Storage and packaging
Stored in a cool and dry place with ventilation and can be sealed for 12 months.
Avoid direct contact with water or strong acid and alkali.
