Production description:

HWR-5000 is the di-epoxide of the cycloaliphatic alcohol hydrogenated bisphenol A. Due to its saturated ring structure, this resin is expected to find utility in applications requiring resistance to ultraviolet light exposure. Formulations based on standard DGEBA resins usually do not perform well in this environment. Curing agent selection should be done with great care to achieve optimum weathering resistance with HWR-5000 resin. Products with improved chalking resistance and gloss retention can be formulated.

Precautions for storage and transportation

This product is non-dangerous and should be stored and transported as general chemicals.

Stored in a closed, dark, cool, ventilated and dry environment, the storage period is one year.

After using this product, the remaining product in the package should be tightly covered to prevent moisture absorption.

This product is irritating to skin and eyes. If it comes into contact with skin, wash with soap; if it comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
