Moreover, our products have to pass strict inspections and repeated tests before they go out, rate of fine variety is 99.96%. If it is the quality which lead to the failure in use, we will supply the new one for free.
6. Do your products have quality certification? How long is the warranty time?
All of our EV charging products posses with CE, TUV certifications, J1772 products posses with FCC certification (have been apply for ETL/UL certification). Generally speaking, the warranty time is 2 year.
7.Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes,we could produce based on your samples or technical drawings.We could build corresponding molds and fixtures.
