TE/AMP SUPERSEAL 1.0 26-pin automotive connector is a high-reliability solution for vehicle ECUs. It consists of a wire-side female plug (with an orange silicone seal and lock) and a PCB-side 26-right-angle-pin male header (with mounting fixtures), designed to withstand harsh environments and ensure stable signal/power transmission.

Solder the male header to the controller's PCB using its mounting fixtures; crimp the female plug to the automotive wiring harness, then lock it with the male end for a secure seal.
Do not disassemble the seal structure to maintain IP67 protection; ensure correct alignment during docking to avoid pin damage; use within the rated temperature range (-40℃~125℃); keep terminals clean during installation to prevent poor contact.
