Structure

1. contact pin of AISG connector, brass with gold plated

2.housing of AISG male connector, copper with nickel plated

3.O-ring for waterproof, rubber material

4. Epoxy glue to seal wires and waterproof 

5.heat shrink tube, color and length can be customized

6. cable jacket with Shield, cable gauge 5*22AWG

7.contact pin of crimp terminal, brass with silver plated

8. 6 pins crimp terminal, the 3rd pin not connect.  Terminal block of this end can be customized

Pins location

 Male pin layout is based on DIN EN 61076-2-106:2012-04 variant 08-a. The male pins 2, 4 and 8 are not in use for AISG applications. Male pin 1 shall not be used for new constructions, only needed to keep compatibility to older versions.  Pin assignment according AISG specification.
