Pls kindly give me the item details information: quantity, material/performance needs, moulds artwork/sample and so on.
2. How soon can I get a reply and a price quote?
We will give you reply within 10 hours.
After confirming your need material and parts artwork/sample, we can quote the price for you.
3. Is there a minimum order requirement?
No, any quantity is ok!
However, you need to know that more quantity, less price.
4. Can I have a custom designed product?
Of course! We will do the mould as your artwork or your given sample. Once you pay for the mould fee, the mould will be yours. We will not do any product for other customer by this mould.
And we will pay the fee to maintain and redo the mould when it is broken in the next orders.
5.Can I get a sample?
Yes. Any existing sample in our hands, we can offer freely! However, you need to pay the freight fee.
For custom made sample, you just need to pay the mould fee. The sample time is one month.
6. How long will the mass production can be finished?
It is based on the order quantity. Once confirm the mould and sample, we will need 15-30 working days to finish mass production.
7. Hong long will it take to receive my products?
5 days-35 days, according to the shipping mode: ship by express, air, sea…
8. If the items we purchase from your company are not of perfected quality/defective, what can we do?
Pls contact with us freely within a week after your got the products.
Kindly take photos of all the bad goods or any proof show us. After confirmation, we can replacement/ refund/ deduct the fee from next order.
