The large wind power-used QT350-22AL ,QT400-18L grade nodular iron wheel hub with mass more than 12 t/piece was produced by using induction furnace melting,using furan sand for molding,adopting the pouring process with low pouring rate,pouring temperature of 1 340～1 360 ℃ and bottom gating system.
