Modes of transport:

Can choose one way:

1. The seller can charge the transport by written authorization by buyer. The seller manage the transportation and insurance,and ship to the place appointed by the buyer,all costs borne by the buyer,otherwise, risk transfer to the buyer after the goods leaving the factory.

2. The buyer arrange the transportation,all expense and risks borne by the buyers.

Acceptance and debug:

1.Checking and acceptation

1.1 All goods arrived to the place appointed by the buyer, buyer check the the external packing and signed for confirmation together with freight; if the buyer has any objection, shall be make a written report within 7days, otherwise, the buyer is viewed as accepted the goods without objection.

1.2Test content is: if there is any damage with the device or the package / device deformation is normal or not.

2.Debugging(Mainland China only, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)

2.1 the seller is responsible for equipment installation and debugging;

2.2 When device operating normal after completion of installation and debugging,both sides make final

acceptance accordance with acceptance standards signed by them, sign relevant debugging service list after debugging qualified. Within one month after delivery, if buyer did not confirm delay debugging with written form, Regarded as debugging qualified.

About packaging

Packaging by the factory, if buyer has special requirements, the buyer take charge the fee , and included in the total price.

About invoice

We provide VAT invoice, if you want to open a VAT special invoice, shall provide the tax registration

certificate, "general taxpayer qualification certificate" and the certificate has the latest year careful records(provide copy)
