Product Features:
1. The machine bed, column, saddle, worktable, main spindle box and other main basic parts are made of high quality cast iron. It adopts special casting process to improve the mechanical properties of materials. After annealing treatment and vibration aging, remove stress to ensure good rigidity and damping characteristic when the machine tool is used for cutting. At the same time, it has good thermal stability and stabilization precision.
2. The spindle motor and pulley are tested by the dynamic balancing instrument to ensure smooth operation.
3. The X/Y/Z axis adopts the linear guide-way structure, and the three-way line rail adopts the heavy pre-pressing process. So that the machine tool not only has the characteristics of high speed and high precision, but also has the characteristics of heavy cutting, excellent rigidity and excellent production efficiency.
