Chitosan oligosaccharide can form a protective film on the surface of fruits. The membrane allows the passage of oxygen while blocking the passage of carbon dioride and water. Therefore, a large amount of carbon dicxida produced by fruits respiration accumulates in the membrane, resulting in a relative increase in carbon dioxide concentration and a relative decrease in oxygen concentration. it is a kind of natrual fungicide and fresh keeping materials.
