Oil circulates from the mold back to the pump through the pipeline, where it is pressurized and conveyed to the heater for reheating before returning to the mold in a continuous loop. When oil temperature exceeds the set value, the system automatically activates the solenoid valve to enable cool water for indirect temperature reduction, maintaining consistent temperature levels. If temperature continues to rise beyond setpoints or oil level drops below minimum requirements, the system triggers alarms and stops machine operation.
