Air-cooled industrial chillers with cooling capacities from 3 to 185 kW (0.85 to 52.6 tons) are fully packaged and portable units. These systems include stainless steel #304 water tanks and pumps, making them ideal for plastic process cooling applications. They maintain water temperatures of 10-25°C, which cooling towers cannot achieve.

Nominal cooling capacity based on: Inlet chilled fluid temperature 17°C, outlet chilled fluid temperature 12°C, inlet cooling air temperature 30°C, outlet cooling air temperature 35°C. Chilled fluid temperature range: 5°C to 30°C. Optimal operation requires ambient temperatures below 35°C to prevent high pressure alarms.
