Not intended for retail sale. Two component polyester compound used to fill dents, dings, gouges and other cosmetic imperfections on bare steel, aluminum, and fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP). May also be used on many industrial and architectural surfaces needing minor repairs.

Procedure:

1. If there is air bubble penetration during coating and scraping, it must be completely scraped with a scraper to ensure good adhesion

2. The putty added with hardener shall not be put back into the original tank, and shall be capped after use to avoid the deterioration of the main putty caused by solvent volatilization. It is strictly prohibited to dilute the putty with solvent such as thinner for construction.

3.Special hardener shall be provided and shall not be mixed with other hardener.

4. It can be stored in a cool place (below 25 ℃) for 12 months.

Body filler Putty, also known as unsaturated resin putty, is the main ash made of unsaturated resin, talc, styrene

and other materials after stirring and grinding. It is a two-component filling material with fast curing and drying speed

and strong adhesion,easy to polish and so on.

Performance introduction:

·MJ-Coat polyester putty

-Equipped with BPO/CHPO hardener.

-BPO:Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance,

and good adhesion on various metal materials (except the surface of anodized aluminum oxide).

-CHPO: Fast air drying, Delicate texture, few sand holes, good temperature resistance, excellent scraping performance,

and good adhesion on 2K epoxy primer surface.

It is easy to apply and scrape without leaving ash holes during construction, no shrinkage after drying, good

compactness after polishing, strong water resistance, and good high and low temperature crack resistance.

Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We could help to pack and deliver under your brand, but we would require some license from you and we have requirement for the order quantity..

A: This has been tested by our national wide customers and oversea markets. What’s more, we can adjust the formula as per the climate condition of each local market.

Q5: Can you do customized colors?

A:Yes, we can, but we need the color sample from buyers. Or maybe you can send a picture for us for reference.

Q6: What free advertising materials would you give us if I send you an order? And how many pieces would you give free?

A:We could arrange free advertising materials such as mixing machine, balance/scale, spray gun, display racks, T-shirt, cap, CDs, posters, tinting maps,TDS, color reference cards, mixing rulers…etc.
