High Adhesion BPO Light Yellow Putty Car Body Filler For Car With Hardener
Usage:
1.Remove the oil,rustoriginal paint film and water etc from surface completely,
keep the painted surface clean & dry before scraping.
2.The putty and hardener should be mixed completely to achieve the uniformity
of color(qeneral ratio is100:1.5-3 by weight),and apply the mixture within pot life(3-8min),or it will gel.
3.Apply the mixed putty to the processed surface of primer or cold-reduced sheet
in case of scraping of thick coat, it is preferable to apply in thin coats for several times
till reaching the objective thickness.(Suggested maximum thickness is no more than 5mm).
Notes:
1. If there is air bubble penetration during coating and scraping, it must be completely scraped
with a scraper to ensure good adhesion
2. The putty added with hardener shall not be put back into the original tank, and shall be
capped after use to avoid the deterioration of the main putty caused by solvent volatilization.
It is strictly prohibited to dilute the putty with solvent such as thinner for construction.
3.Special hardener shall be provided and shall not be mixed with other hardener.
4. It can be stored in a cool place (below 25 ℃) for 12 months.

| 3. The mixed body filler is coated on the surface of the treated substrate within an operable time of 2-4 minutes / 25 -30℃. | ||
| 4. The best dry grinding time (temperature 25 ℃) is :( BPO 20-30 minutes /CHPO 40mins-1h) after coating and scraping. | ||
| 5. Ensure that the putty is completely dry during painting to avoid bubbling and falling off. | ||

Procedure:
1. Completely remove the rust, oil dirt, old coatings and water from the surface; Keep substrate
clean before scraping.
2. The Super Putty and Hardener should be mixed well to get uniform color.
3.The mixture of Putty and hardener should be used up before gelling. If mixture begin to cure,
must stop applying.
4.Scrape the mixture of Putty and Hardener into the spot defects which will be filled and scrape
to evenness immediately.
5.In case of scraping thick coatings, it is preferable to apply in thin coatings for several times till
reaching the objective thickness.
