Description

dNTP Mix is aqueous solutions at pH 7.0 containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of 10mM. dNTP Mix is ready-to-use solutions designed to save time and to provide higher reproducibility in PCR and other applications. The Mix offers the possibility to reduce the number of pipetting steps and the risk of reaction set-up errors.

Applications

For direct use in PCR, long PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing, and DNA labeling.
